Originally born and raised in Maryland, I decided to make the move down south to attend Elon University and I absolutely fell in love with North Carolina and all it has to offer! For the last 24 years, my husband Brandon and I have called Wilmington home and we have loved raising our family in this community!
Having worked in direct sales for 12 years, I’ve developed a love for working one on one with my clients and building relationships with them. It was through these relationships and having the opportunity to serve my clients that my interest and love for real estate was born! I take pride in offering a level of service that I would come to expect for myself and I’m ready to put my experiences to work for you!
As a homeowner myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live - it's where you make long lasting memories! I am committed to making sure that the entire process of buying or selling your home is as seamless as possible so that you can begin to create those lasting memories!

I don't know where to begin with the excellent customer service provided by Kerri. I live out of town and she was there for me beyond the call of duty. Kerri was patient, professional, and kind. I could call her anytime of the day or night. Kerri treated my like a member of her family instead of just a client. The Nixon family was well served during a very difficult time of selling a family home. It is refreshing to be treated with care and not just a client to obtain a sale. Thank you Kerri

From Kerri's first "hello" on the phone, from a random call that I made to inquire about a property, I knew she was separate and apart from other realtors I had spoken to during my self-driven search of making calls or inquiries. She was so friendly, yet professional and highly vested in wanting to help me hone in on what types of properties and features were important to me. From that point forward, she diligently continued to support my search, providing straightforward information and insightful considerations. Most importantly, I developed trustworthiness in her, and the stressful journey of choosing "just the right home" became less stressful. In fact, the partnership to find a home (e.g., phone calls, e-mails, actual tours) became very enjoyable. After finding the perfect home and making the decision to purchase, I became anxious about processes leading to close, as well as the actual closing. However, thanks to Kerri, that anxiousness subsided quickly. Her leadership shined to facilitate and ensure a smooth closing. For example, she coordinated reputable experts and resources to perform actions related to the process, provided ample time for me to review or preview documentation and supported/guided me throughout until I had keys-in-hand. I highly recommend Kerri to anyone looking for real estate support. The entire process from beginning to end felt like I was accompanied by a trustworthy friend instead of a professional real estate agent! Thank you, Kerri!

I’ve worked with Kerri multiple times over the last few years, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. As someone who lives out of town, I needed someone I could trust completely—and she went above and beyond every time. Kerri handled everything with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care, making the process seamless and stress-free. From coordinating showings to managing the details I couldn’t be there for, she made me feel fully supported from start to finish. I can’t recommend her highly enough—truly a five-star agent!

Kerri was amazing! Every step of the way, it was obvious she was there to be on MY team. She always answered any questions I had and even some I didn't realize I needed to ask. Every answer was clear and well explained. She would advocate for me with the buyers' agents with every detail. She wasn't afraid to give me advice since this was my first time selling. I would 100% recommend Kerri to anyone trying to buy or sell!

Kerri planted a seed regarding our ten year plan. With her knowledge and experience painted a picture of a lifestyle we can afford now rather than later. She helped guide us toward a new course, a new direction. In doing so she has given us our dream home! We could not ask for better bunch of neighbors.

Headline— List or Buy with Kerri Brooks! Best Experience with a RealEstate Agent / Broker ever! House listed and closed in 30 days for asking price setting the new market price. This is the 18th home I have sold. I have dealt with countless RealEstate agents/Brokers all over the Country Frankly I have found little use for any of them. Until now Kerri has figured out that if you take care of your customer the rest takes care of itself. Kerri has great communication skills and very responsive just as important is she is proactive. In this market I fully expected to sell the house pretty quickly. That said, Kerri took great care of us as well as all the details of the transaction. We went from listing to close in 30 days and I stayed well informed along the way. Trust me she gets it. Hire her!!! Dan Benning Very Satisfied Seller.
